Nothing transforms a kitchen like a solid timber benchtop. We build custom benchtops from Australian hardwoods — primarily Blackwood and Victorian Ash — milled, joined, and finished in our Warburton workshop in the Yarra Valley. Every slab is selected for grain and character, then built to your kitchen’s exact dimensions.
We handle sink cutouts, tap holes, and edge profiles so everything arrives ready for your cabinet maker or builder to install. The result is a kitchen surface with warmth, character, and a story — not another slab of reconstituted stone.

This recent build features full Blackwood benchtops across an L-shaped kitchen with island. The rich, figured Blackwood sits on sage green cabinetry with black tapware and undermount sink. We milled the timber from reclaimed Blackwood, giving the benchtops incredible character and depth of grain that you simply can’t get from new-sawn timber.
